I looked around a bunch, but I can't seem to find the EOS utility anywhere.
I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. Can anyone pack it up as an ISO file for me, I'd properly appreciate it.

Yeah, I've tried that. It's no good. For some weird reason it requires the CD to install. The irony burns.

Possibly worth a quick call to canon they might be able to provide you with the FTP link

Go to Canon and download the EOS utility. Then you have to change come values in your registry file. Don't worry, it's really easy and it takes less then 5 minutes.

Just a reminder, there are different kinds of registry tweaks for different versions of windows. Good luck

It's not the full CD, but here is a link to download DPP version 1.0. Once installed you can then update to to newest version. Hope this helps.

Once installed you can upgrade to the later versions

Find the 1D MKIII download site from Canon
enter in fake ID ( I think it is only 5 numbers, so 12345)

I'm at work and connected via a crappy cell phone data line or I would search more for you.
It was the easiest solution when I needed it a month ago.

You'll need to enter a camera serial # to get the download.
Once you have zb installed, you can download and install all or any or the other Canon software and update as required.
